About Us
We are conveniently located in Pinellas Park, Florida. We manufacture precision components for the Department of Defense, medical , as well as performance automotive and motorcycle industries, just to name a few.
We are well equipped with the new 2008 Haas VF3-SSYT machining centers. Our CNC vertical milling machines have 12,000 rpm, 30 hp spindles with through spindle coolant. These machines have travels of 40" x 26" x 25" (XYZ), a 25 tool high speed side-mount tool changer, 1400 ipm rapids and 4th axis simultaneous machining capability.
We also have the new 2009 Haas SL-20 live tool lathes. With 10" chucks, a 2" spindle bore, and a 5,000 RPM, 20 hp spindle. These lathes have a maximum turning diameter of 10.3" and a maximum turning length of 20". We also use probing on all our machines.
We are well versed in all military hardware, coatings, paints, and materials, including the related MIL-SPECS.
